Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been sent to our suppliers for processing.

What are your typical shipping times?
As our products are shipped directly from our trusted North American and European suppliers, delivery times vary. Once processed (typically 1-3 business days), standard delivery to the contiguous United States usually takes 3-8 business days. For Canada and Europe, it can range from 7-15 business days. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to become active.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship to the contiguous United States only. If you are interested to buy from us outside of the United States, let us know at hello@lumieredouceboutique.com.
Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We take great care in sourcing our products, but in the rare event an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@lumieredouceboutique.com within 5 days of delivery.
